Wipe your teeth, tongue, and gums with a piece of cotton before rubbing the mixture on the same. Rest it for a minute before brushing your teeth. Do not leave the mixture for more than a minute, since the acid might corrode the tooth enamel. Get your teeth white and clean in a few minutes.
2. Use of fruit peel:
Fruit peels are commonly used for whitening teeth. Use the inside of a banana or orange peel to rub it over the teeth. The peel is a rich source of magnesium, manganese, and potassium which rejuvenates the enamel. It is usually practised twice a week for a few minutes.
