Sweet Potato Sauce
Sweet potato is a healthy food item. It has Vitamin A, C, and Folate. Sweet potato is also rich in Potassium, Sodium, Selenium, Phosphorous, Magnesium, and Calcium.
- 1 or 2 pieces of sweet potatoes steamed and mashed
- Less than 1/2 cup water
- Table salt and pepper for seasoning
Thoroughly wash and poke holes in sweet potato with a fork then wrap sweet potatoes in tin foil – do not peel for baking in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes (until soft).
You can also opt for microwaving, just that you must use plastic wrap and cook for about 30 minutes until tender
